As often as you like! Most people use it once or twice a day, in the morning and evening.

5. How do I clean The Ice Pod™?

After about 3 uses, let The Ice Pod™ melt, rinse with lukewarm water, and dry thoroughly. Then you can refill and freeze it again.

6. What makes The Ice Pod™ different from ice cubes?

Ice cubes melt quickly, are messy to hold, and leave your fingers wet and freezing. The Ice Pod™ is designed to glide comfortably without dripping - hygienic, reusable, and far easier to use.
